The Most Powerful Tool: Gmail Filters
Gmail, the most widely used email service, offers an incredibly useful tool called "Filters." A filter is simply an automated rule that you create. In our case, we're going to create a rule that identifies our emails and saves them in a secret folder, preventing them from appearing in your main inbox.
Step by Step: How to Create Your Discretion Filter
- Open a PAROI email: Choose any PAROI email you have in your inbox or a test email if you haven't received one from us yet.
- Find the Options Menu: In the upper right corner of the email, click on the three vertical dots icon (⋮) .
- Start the Filter: In the menu that appears, select the option "Filter messages like this" .
- Confirm Sender: A window will open. The "From" field will already be filled with your address. Simply click the blue "Create a filter" button .

Define the Actions : You will see a list of options. You must check two boxes:

- ✅ "Skip Inbox (Archive)": This is the key action. It prevents the email from appearing in your main inbox and, therefore, from generating a visible notification on your mobile device.
- ✅ "Apply the label:": This will be your "secret folder". Click on "Select a label..." and then on "New label..." . Give it a name that only you will understand, for example: "Ring Project" , "Gift Ideas" or simply "Updates" .

- Activate the Filter: Click the blue "Create a filter" button to save the rule.
Result: From now on, all PAROI emails will silently arrive in that new folder (label) you created in the side menu of your Gmail, ready for you to consult them whenever you decide, with complete peace of mind.
