2. The Nature of Our Products

At PAROI we practice "Handcrafted Engineering". Each of our pieces is made to order in our workshop in Barcelona.

  • Craftsmanship and Uniqueness: Since our jewelry is handcrafted, set, and polished, there may be slight variations between the website photograph and the final piece. This is not a defect, but rather the intrinsic hallmark of true craftsmanship.
  • Materials: We work exclusively with 18-karat solid gold (recycled) and the highest quality lab-grown diamonds, individually selected.
  • Image Accuracy: We have made every effort to accurately display the colors and brilliance of our jewelry. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's screen will display the colors with complete accuracy.

3. Purchasing Process and Manufacturing Times

Our jewels don't wait on a shelf. Quiet luxury requires time and expertise.

  • The Order: By placing an order, you are making us an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject this offer at our discretion (for example, in the event of suspected fraud or a typographical error in the price).
  • Production Times: Since we make each engagement ring and wedding band specifically for you, the standard production time is between 4 and 8 weeks. This time is separate from the shipping time.
  • Cancellations: As these are made-to-order items, any request for cancellation or size change must be made within 48 hours of order confirmation.

4. Prices, Payments and Typographical Errors

  • All prices shown on our website are in Euros (€) and include the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain.
  • Prices do not include shipping costs, duties, or customs taxes for shipments outside the European Union. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. However, orders already confirmed and paid for will retain the price stipulated at the time of purchase, with the exception noted below.
  • Obvious Pricing Errors: We make every effort to ensure that the information and prices on our website are accurate at all times. However, in the rare event that a product appears with an obviously incorrect price due to a typographical, human, or system error (for example, a ridiculously low price or one clearly disproportionate to the actual value of the jewelry), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for that product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. In such a case, we will contact you immediately, cancel the order, and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We entrust our shipments to premium courier services to ensure maximum security and discretion. The risk of loss or damage to the pieces is transferred to you when you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the jewelry. 7. Warranty and Maintenance

8. Intellectual Property

The design of our pieces, the architecture of our ultra-thin bands, the photographs, texts, and all visual content on this website are the exclusive property of PAROI. Their reproduction, copying, or commercial use is strictly prohibited without our express written consent.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, ​​Spain.
