Warranty Conditions

1. Lifetime Manufacturer's Warranty

We take pride in the quality of our atelier . We guarantee that all PAROI jewelry pieces are free from manufacturing defects upon delivery. If you believe your piece has a structural defect, please contact us immediately. Our team will inspect the piece and, if we determine that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or, if we deem it necessary, replace it at no charge to you.

2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

Fine jewelry is delicate by nature. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal daily wear and tear, accidents, negligence, or loss of the piece. Common examples not covered include (but are not limited to):

  • Discoloration of metals due to exposure to chemicals (chlorine, perfumes, makeup).
  • Wear of the claws or tips over time that requires re-tipping (normal maintenance).
  • Center stones lost or damaged due to a blow, snag, or trauma to the ring.
  • Rings bent or deformed by physical activities (gym, gardening, weight carrying).

If your item has suffered accidental damage, our workshop is at your disposal to restore it. We will provide you with a transparent assessment and a repair estimate before proceeding.

3. Third-Party Intervention Clause

To maintain the integrity of your PAROI warranty, any repair, resizing, cleaning, or servicing performed by a jeweler other than PAROI will automatically void our lifetime warranty. We cannot be held responsible for work performed by third parties who are unfamiliar with our engineering and alloy standards.

4. Free Maintenance and Cleaning We recommend an annual service. We offer free lifetime cleaning and inspection for all our pieces. You will only be responsible for the cost of insured shipping to and from our workshop. During this service, we will tighten any stones that have loosened with use and restore the metal to its original shine.

5. Jewelry Insurance. A guarantee is not insurance. The guarantee covers quality ; insurance covers life . Since our guarantee does not cover loss, theft, or irreparable accidental damage, we strongly recommend taking out an insurance policy for your jewelry. We suggest contacting your usual home insurance company to add your PAROI piece as a specific valuable or to take out specialized jewelry insurance. This will give you complete peace of mind knowing that your investment is protected against any unforeseen event.
