Exchanges and returns

We understand that choosing a piece of fine jewelry is an important decision. At PAROI, our priority is your complete peace of mind from the moment of purchase until the piece becomes a part of your life. If the piece isn't exactly what you expected, or if you need an adjustment, we're here to guide you through the process.

1. Returns Policy

We accept returns within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order.

For a return to be accepted, the jewelry must meet the following requirements:

  • Be in perfect condition, without signs of use, scratches or alterations.
  • Return with its original packaging intact (outer box, premium case and any documentation or certificate provided).
  • Exception: By their nature, personalized , custom-engraved, or bespoke -designed pieces are not eligible for return .

Return shipping costs: Due to the high value of our items, we handle all returns through our fully insured premium courier service. The cost of this service is €40 , which will be automatically deducted from your total refund.

2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for another model from our collection, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.

Exchange costs: The standard exchange process requires two high-value , insured shipments (collection of your original ring and delivery of the new one). The total cost of this comprehensive logistics management is €80 (€40 per shipment).

Self-shipping: If, at your own risk, you prefer to manage the return shipment yourself, please contact us beforehand at info@paroi.eu to authorize and coordinate its secure reception at our workshop. Please note that, in this case, the €40 shipping fee for the new piece of jewelry from our workshop to your address will apply without exception, thus guaranteeing that the item arrives in your hands under our premium security standards.

3. Size Adjustment (Resizing)

We want your ring to fit perfectly. If the size isn't right, we offer a free resizing service for all PAROI engagement rings. Our workshop will inspect the ring and adjust the setting to ensure maximum comfort.

Size adjustment conditions:

  • Premium Logistics: While the artisan's labor is provided by PAROI, the customer is responsible for the round-trip, insured premium shipping costs, totaling €80 . We will arrange for UPS pickup at your address for your peace of mind.
  • Design limitations: Due to the structural integrity of the ring, we can only adjust a maximum of [2 or 3] sizes above or below the original size.
  • Exception - Eternity Rings: Eternity band rings (wedding bands with diamonds all around) have a very complex design that does not allow for traditional resizing. Resizing these pieces requires almost complete reconstruction and has an associated cost of €95 (plus shipping).

4. How to start a process?

To request a return, exchange, or resize, please do not send the item yourself. Email us at info@paroi.eu with your order number. Our customer service team will send you detailed instructions and arrange for the safe collection of your jewelry.
